LarkFEST traffic and parking advisories

ALBANY- The 33rd annual LarkFEST festival is happening today. LarkFEST, is the  largest one day street festival in New York State. The festival begins at 10:30am and goes until 5pm. Admission to the festival is free. Over 80,000 people are expected to attend.

    When Governor Cuomo traveled to Israel on his recent Unity Tour, his office said the trip was funded by campaign cash. Last week NewsChannel 13 learned that the state police detail that was traveling with the governor's entourage was paid for with tax dollars but state police won't say how much.

    Prison officials marked a major anniversary at Wallkill Correctional Facility on Thursday. For 30 years they've been rescuing thoroughbred horses and helping inmates develop better attitudes with a unique horse therapy program. NewsChannel 13 went back to Wallkill to check on an inmate we've been following through the program.
