A NewsChannel 13 crew was threatened with arrest on Thursday. It happened as they were working on a story about the historic Grant Cottage in Wilton where President Ulysses S. Grant spent his final days.

    New York State Comptroller Tom Dinapoli released a report Thursday morning pointing to sources of financial trouble for the city of Glens Falls. Comptroller Dinapoli says Glens Falls has burdensome debt costs, including the city-owned Civic Center, but he says Glens Falls is better off than many upstate municipalities.

    The man who drowned in Saratoga Lake on Wednesday has been identified. Police say 49-year-old Daniel Gurnett was found by a Lee’s Park Campground employee around 1 p.m.

    A man admits he tried to burglarize an Albany home in broad daylight, while on parole for a separate burglary.
