Fish Tacos

L.J. Goldstock of L.T's Grill in Niskayuna joins Dan once again, marrying cod, avocado, and other ingredients for a great Fish Taco in the Let's Eat Kitchen.

COD FISH TACOS


8 oz piece of Fresh Cod
Lightly salt and pepper and back 12 minutes @ 350 (Cook till plump and flaked)

Add 2 tsp of Salsa mix together


3 .... 6inch flour tortilla shells
Warm to you liking.

1 Avocado sliced
1 tomato diced
Fresh Cilantro
Diced Iceburg Lettuce
Aioli /Mayonnaise

To Build the Taco

Warm shells, then add lettuce (Mixed Cod). Top with tomato, sliced avocado, plus finely diced cilantro and aioli to your liking.
