Red Velvet Pancakes

Marla Ortega and a young apprentice make Red Velvet Pancakes, a breakfast delicacy perfect for Valentine's Day, with Ashley in the Let's Eat Kitchen.

Red Velvet Lovers Breakfast plate
1-oz of butter
3 oz of red velvet mix (enough for two)
6 oz of pancake mix
2 oz of cream cheese frosting
1 oz of chocolate sauce
2 oz of heavy cream
½ 0f pint of strawberries
1 oz of macadamia nuts
Whipped cream to taste
The more love the better.

In a mixing bowl place the 6 oz of pancake mix and 3 oz of red velvet mix into a mixing bowl
Pour heavy cream into the bowl and whisk together (let it sit for 20 mins)
Pour mixture into hot skillet (375 degrees) place butter as needed, flip pancake after about a minute, continue cooking for another minute or so. Serve with Strawberries, chocolate sauce, macadamia nuts, and whipped cream as desired.
