Shrimp and Calamari Fra Diavolo

Rob Lagonia prepares a fiery rendition of Shrimp and Calamari Fra Diavolo with Dan in the Let's Eat Kitchen.

6 oz of fresh calamari

5 16-20 shrimp

3 garlic cloves

4 oz olive oil

pinch of salt

pinch of black pepper

pinch of red pepper

4 oz white wine

8 oz of marinara sauce

6 oz of linguine

1 oz fresh chopped parsley

pinch of oregano

 

heat up olive oil, add garlic let brown slightly, add calamari, saute, add in shrimp cook till pink, add salt, pepper, red pepper... add white wine, cook till wine cooks out., take shrimp out. add marinara, let cook for about 8 minutes add shrimp back in.. cool 5 minutes

 

toss in linguine

 

plate and top with parsley…
