Spicy Rotisserie Chicken Tacos
Yield: 10 Tacos
1 (33oz) NAE Shoprite Kitchen Traditional Rotisserie Chicken
1 Cup Jakes Grillin Buffalo Wing Sauce
½ Cup Fresh Cilantro
½ Cup Daisy Sour Cream
½ Cup Fresh Pico de Gallo
1 Cup Shoprite Mexican Blended Cheese
10 each La Bandrita Flour Tortillas
Remove the breast and thigh meat from the purchased hot rotisserie chicken, place in a mixing bowl and shread. Incorperate 1 cup of Jakes Buffalo wing sauce mix until evenly coated (set aside). Rise off cilanto and pat dry with papertowls, mince cilantro and set aside.
Place one flour torilla down, add one half cup of seasoned chicken down the middle of the shell followed by one tablespoon of shreaded cheese, then ¼ teaspoon of pico de gallo, next add one teaspoon of sour cream garnish with ¼ teaspoon of fresh cilanto.
