Super Bowl Chicken Wings

Art Wise, of O'Toole's Restaurant and Pub in Colonie, prepares his delectable Super Bowl Chicken Wings, with a helping hand from Mark Mulholland.
Cranberry Bog Wing Sauce
1-14 ounce can of cranberry sauce or jelly
1-7 ounce can of Chipotle in Adobo Sauce (use 1/2 the can)
1 cup apple juice
½ cup sugar
2-4 ounces of your favorite Hot Sauce
A pinch of Salt & Pepper
Puree the Chipotle and cranberry sauce together
Place in sauce pot over medium hi heat, add apple juice, sugar, salt and pepper and stir. Bring to a boil.
Reduce to a simmer and add hot sauce to taste and cook for 5 minutes
Use or let cool and store in fridge for up to 5 days.
Raspberry Sriracha Wing Sauce
16 ounces of Melba Sauce
2-4 ounces Sriracha
4 cloves garlic (softened by sweating in 2 tbsp. Butter)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
½ cup water
Salt & Pepper to taste
In sauce pot over medium heat blend all the ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.
Use or cool and store in fridge for up to 5 days.
Cream Cheese Dipping Sauce
1 lb Cream Cheese (softened)
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup milk
Pinch of salt 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Blend all ingredients thoroughly until smooth and chill for 30 minutes.
