Boston Bay Burger

1 pound ground bison

¼ cup Crunchy Shallots, (In a sauté pan add 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium high heat, sauté 2 thinly sliced shallots until they are lightly golden brown.)

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

¼ cup Harvey’s Bristol Cream Sherry

Himalayan sea salt and pepper Gluten free burger buns

Toppings

Caramelized onions

Boston Lettuce

Tomato

Argyle Cheese Farmer Glory Cheese

Lobster meat cooked

Directions: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Form into 4 patties. In a large pan over medium heat add olive oil and cook the burgers for 4 to 5 minutes each side or until the burgers are thoroughly cooked.

Remove from pan and place on the bottom of a grilled bun, top with caramelized onions, melted Argyle Cheese Farmer Glory Cheese, cooked lobster meat and lettuce and tomato. Enjoy this Bostonian Burger with your friends and family any night of the week. 

*Quick Tip, To turn these burgers into sliders simply make these burgers on grilled gluten free sandwich bread. Assemble as a whole sandwich then cut them into 4 pieces*

Atlanta Waffle Burger

1 pound ground chicken

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 teaspoon dried thyme

2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

Himalayan sea salt and freshly ground pepper

Toppings

Cooked bacon

Argyle Cheese Farmer Glory Cheese

Sweet and sour coleslaw

Pure maple syrup

Directions: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Form into 4 patties. In a large pan over medium heat add olive oil and cook the burgers for 4 to 5 minutes each side or until the burgers are thoroughly cooked.

Remove from pan and place on top of a gluten free waffle, top with cooked bacon, melted Argyle Cheese Farmer Glory Cheese, and your favorite sweet and sour coleslaw. A taste of the south in every bite.


 

Seared Potato Steaks

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 large organic baked potatoes

Himalayan sea salt to taste

Bake potatoes until just cooked. Let cool.

Cut potatoes into thick slices. In a large pan over medium high heat add the olive oil. Then add the sliced potatoes. Make sure the potatoes are not touching. Cook for 2-3 minutes each side until they are crispy and golden brown. Remove from pan and season with Himalayan sea salt.

Dipping Sauce:

¼ cup Sir Kensington’s Ketchup

¼ cup sour cream.

*Quick Tip: Potatoes can be baked, cooled, wrapped and refrigerated for up to 2 days ahead of time. These crispy delights are ready in a pinch and satisfy your French fry craving!!

Ingredients:

4 cups of fresh squeezed lemonade

juice of 2 lemons

juice of 2 limes

1 cup of premium rum

¼ cup of premium tequila

2 cups of ice

Add all ingredients together and blender and blend until smooth.

Mix 2 tablespoons of Himalayan sea salt with 2 tablespoons of organic sugar. Add lemon zest. Rim the margarita glasses in lemon juice first then into the salt sugar mixture. Pour the cocktail into the glasses and serve.
