Belgioioso Cheese will purchase 40 acres at the town's business and technology park for a 100,000 square foot cheese making facility. They'll also create 46 new jobs supporting the production of their fresh mozzarella and other cheeses.

The Wisconsin-based company also owns the former Cappiello's plant in Schenectady and will receive up to $850,000 in tax credits.

The company could not say when construction might begin.
