Capital Region welcomes first 2018 baby

GLENS FALLS - The Capital Region has its first 2018 baby.
Baby boy Maxwell was born at the Joyce Stock Snuggery at Glens Falls Hospital at 12:17 a.m. Monday.
He weighed six pounds and 14 ounces.
The proud parents are Tori Morehouse and Tyler Smith.
