Man charged with threatening to blow up Saratoga County District Attorney's Office

BALLSTON SPA - A Ballston Spa man is accused of threatening to blow up the Saratoga County District Attorney's Office. Adam Sipe, 31, was arrested on Friday.

Investigators say after making the threat, he fled from police in his car with a 2-year-old child inside.

Sipe is charged with child endangerment and making a terroristic threat.

The child was turned over to a family member.
