Albany homicide victim identified

Albany police have identified the victim of a Sunday afternoon homicide. He is 27-year-old James Hines of Troy.

Police say Hines was shot in the torso on Sherman Street, made his way to Lexington Avenue, then onto Elk Street where he died.
