Passengers in Lake George boat crash plead guilty to reduced charges in drug case

Two of the passengers on Alex West's boat, arrested on drug charges in Saratoga Springs, have pleaded guilty to reduced charges.

Kristine Tiger and Matthew Marry were arrested in May for possessing heroin and hashish.

Saratoga Springs City Judge Jeff Wait allowed them both to plead guilty to disorderly conduct and perform 35 hours of community service.

Marry and Tiger didn't testify against West and their charges of hindering prosecution are still pending in Warren County.

Police say they lied about the crash that killed 8-year-old Charlotte McCue.
