Linguine and Meatballs

-1 lb. Ground Beef

-1 large egg

-2 tbsp. flour

-2 packet of powdered bouillon

-1 tsp. salt

-1 tsp. ground black pepper

-1 small onion 

- 1/4 green pepper




Chop onion and green pepper to desired size, leaving a few slices whole to add to pot at a later time. Combine beef, egg, flour, 1 packet of bouillon, salt, pepper, chopped onion and green pepper in a large mixing bowl. Using your hands, mix all ingredients together, making sure to thoroughly combine all. Roll and form mixture into balls approximately 1-2 inches in diameter. Fill a medium (8 qt.) stockpot 1/4 full with water. Add remaining packet of bouillon, onion and pepper slices to the water and bring to a boil. Add meatballs to the water and allow to cook on medium heat for 25 minutes. Remove from heat and drain all liquid. Place meatballs in existing sauce and simmer on medium-low for 15 minutes, stirring often. Serve over linguine. Enjoy!
