Amsterdam man charged with aggravated DWI

JOHNSTOWN -- New York State Police say they pulled over 27-year-old Gregory Hentnik of Amsterdam for speeding on Route 29A in Johnstown.

Police say they smelled alcohol on his breath and took him into custody. When he was processed, investigators say they determined his BAC was .28.

He was charged with aggravated DWI and taken to the Fulton County Jail.
