Amsterdam police investigate possible dog abuse

AMSTERDAM - Police in Amsterdam are looking for help finding the owner of a dog, believed to be the victim of abuse.

Police posted video on their Facebook page of "Princess." She was found a few weeks ago on Woodrow Road. Police say she had no use of three out of four limbs.

They say vets determined she was most likely kicked or struck, which caused paralysis in her back end.

A GoFundMe page has been set up to help fund her care.
