Police say Allen punched his infant son in the head and that the punch fractured the infant's skull.

The baby is still in critical, but stable condition at the hospital.

The child's mother told police she and Allen were fighting and says that's when the child was hit.

Police say the child may also have a broken clavicle in addition to the skull fracture.
