Catskill police search for attempted murder suspect

Catskill police need your help finding a man wanted for attempted murder and criminal weapons possession.

They say Paul "Pablo" Maldonado, 38, of Leeds, shot someone he knew outside a Catskill bar on Monday morning around 1:30 a.m. That person is now in fair condition at Albany Medical Center with a gunshot wound to the leg.

Maldonado is believed to be driving a white, 2014 white Lincoln MKZ, with New York license plate HEV 3606.

Police say he has ties to the New York City area.
