Glens Falls bank robbed at knifepoint

GLENS FALLS - Police are investigating a bank robbery.

It happened at the NBT Bank on Glen Street in Glens Falls.

Police tell NewsChannel 13 a man showed a knife and made off with cash around 2:20 Wednesday afternoon. He fled on foot, south on Glen Street, not far from the Cool Insuring Arena.

Police say no one was hurt.

The bank was planning to reopen on Thursday morning.
