Berkshire Museum art deal could be pending

PITTSFIELD, Mass. - Legal experts think a deal is on the table to resolve the Berkshire Museum art sale dispute.

It could be days before details of the deal are released. After months of legal maneuvers, the museum and attorney general's office are heading side by side to the state's top court. That suggests a compromise has been reached.

The two sides are at odds over the potential sale of forty artworks, including two by Norman Rockwell.
