Defense pushes against DNA evidence being allowed in murder trial

Motions will be heard in a murder trial in Warren County.

The defense will argue against allowing DNA evidence in the trial of Bryan Redden.

The Glens Falls man is accused of killing 33-year-old Crystal Riley and her 4-year-old daughter, Lilly Fraiser. The mother and daughter were found stabbed to death last August.
