Capital Region copes with extreme cold temperatures

The Capital Region can count itself among the two hundred million dealing with a deep freeze across the country.

More than a dozen schools are delayed for the safety of students.

The arctic blast is proving to be both parts dangerous and deadly.

Extreme cold temps have accounted for five deaths thus far with little end in sight.
