Chatham home care provider sentenced for stealing patients' identities

A Chatham home health care provider convicted of stealing the identity of some of her patients has been sentenced.    

Allison Delong, 39, will spend one to three years in state prison, for taking more than $5,000 from five clients.

One victim's daughter tells NewsChannel 13 they received letters about credit card applications in her mother's name just days after she passed away.
