A Days Inn employee told NewsChannel 13 she spoke to the 14-year-old victim around 2:30 a.m. Thursday morning. She said the victim told her she was locked out of the room before calling police.

She said officers showed up and took the victim away before coming back and questioning Christopher Green.

Police said Green, who is from Hartford, Conn., was in the area doing construction work.

The motel worker said he checked in under his company's name.

Green pleaded not guilty during an arraignment in Guilderland Town Court Thursday evening. He is charged with rape and criminal sex act in the second degree, which are both felonies. He is also charged with endangering the welfare of a child, which is a misdemeanor

Another motel employee tells NewsChannel 13 that the motel is handing over surveillance video to police from Thursday.  It's not clear what's on that video.

Green is being held at Albany County Jail. He is due back in court at 4 p.m. on Monday.
