'Code Blue' alert continues for chilly temps

A "Code Blue" alert is in effect for Albany and Saratoga Springs.

An alert is issued when the temperature is expected to be 32 degrees or less.

In Albany, the homeless can go to the Capital City Rescue Mission, the Interfaith Partnership for the Homeless Safe Haven, or the Council of Churches Overflow Shelter.

In Saratoga Springs, people can go to the Soul Saving Station Church at 62 Henry Street.
