Colonie man accused of pointing gun at process server

A Colonie man is arrested, accused of pointing a gun at a process server.

The process server called police, saying Mark Alling threatened him with a shotgun. He was trying to deliver a foreclosure notice at Alling's home on South Kellogg Avenue.

The process server says he heard a gunshot behind the house after he knocked on the door and then saw Alling with a shotgun.

Alling is charged with menacing and criminal possession of a weapon.
