Broken water valve fixed at Columbia High School

EAST GREENBUSH - Columbia High School in East Greenbush reopened Tuesday after repairs were made to a broken valve connecting a water pipe to the school.

The pipe ruptured this weekend and flooded the school's parking lot.

The school says water quality tests will be done Tuesday. All school drinking fountains will be out of service.

Bottled water will be available, but students are encouraged to bring their own water.
