HALFMOON - The man accused in a 20-hour standoff with police in Halfmoon won't be in court just yet. Michael Davis's appearance was adjourned until next month.
Police say Davis showed up Easter Sunday, at the mobile home where his wife and children live. They say he had a shotgun.
It took from noon until 8 a.m. the next day to get him out of the home.
Davis's wife was able to flee the home with one child early on. The other two kids were away.
Davis's wife has a standing order of protection against her husband.
