Police: Man betrays family member over speeding ticket

SUMMIT - A man in Schoharie County betrays a family member -- all to get out of a speeding ticket.

State police say Dennie Conway Jr. was pulled over June 10 for speeding in Summit. Instead of giving his own name, police say he gave them the name of a family member. That family member called police and gave them Conway’s real identity.

Police say Conway did apologize to his family member.
