Albany man convicted of fourth felony DWI

A man from Albany pleaded guilty on Thursday to driving while intoxicated.

This is the fourth felony DWI conviction for Domingo Gonzalez. He faces up to four and a half years in state prison.

Albany police pulled Gonzalez over on Washington Avenue last November because one of his headlights was out.

The officers discovered his driver’s license was revoked and his blood alcohol content was almost three times the legal limit.
