COHOES - A Cohoes man is accused of using his home for selling drugs and prostitution.

Investigators say Matthew Kirshner, 40, sold a heroin/fentanyl mixture out of a home at 136 Main Street. They had been keeping a sharp eye on the home after neighbors complained about suspicious activity.

They say a room to shoot up heroin was found in the home and was doubling as a prostitution den where men would pay to have sex with women.

Kirshner was sent to the Albany County Jail.
