Instead of just asking for her support, a woman in Hudson says a man claiming to be running for mayor sexually assaulted her.

Police say Earl Swanigan got into the woman's home last Tuesday morning through an unlocked door without her permission. He said he was circulating a petition, collecting signatures in an attempt to run for mayor.
