Fire damages Waterford apartment building

WATERFORD - Firefighters in Waterford say fire damaged a two-family apartment building Monday afternoon.

The call came in at around 2 p.m.

A Waterford fire chief says contractors were working on the roof of the Front Street building when the fire started.

No one was home in either of the apartments when the fire broke out.

The chief says the fire damaged both floors of both apartments.

No one was hurt.
