Floating museum arrives at Albany Yacht Club

ALBANY -- A floating museum has arrived at the Albany Yacht Club.

Replicas of the Nina and Pinta will be open for tours Thursday through Sunday. Tickets are $8 for adults and $6 for kids.

The ships are owned by the Columbus Foundation based in the British Virgin Islands. Christopher Columbus sailed the Nina across the Atlantic in 1492, accompanied by the Pinta.

The organization doesn't have a replica of Columbus's third ship, the Santa Maria.
