Health inspection finds problems at Latham's Fresh Market

LATHAM - The Fresh Market in Latham has some work to do after state inspectors give the business a "C" in its latest inspection.

Among the deficiencies noted: Rodent defiled foods or ingredients and insect, rodent, bird or vermin activity likely to result in product contamination.

The state says such critical deficiencies could lead to foodborne illness.

NewsChannel 13 reached out to the Fresh Market for comment, but has not heard back yet.
