Fulton County cleans up after tornado

BROADALBIN -- People in Fulton County are cleaning up after a tornado touched down there Friday night. It hit County Route 7 in Broadalbin.

NewsChannel 13 saw at least three garages that had been destroyed. Siding and shingles were ripped off homes.

The National Weather Service sent out a survey team. They also found a destroyed barn and several snapped trees that were thrown up to 150 feet. The survey team says the damage was consistent with an EF1 tornado.

There were no reports of injuries.
