Police: Men possessed 190 bags of heroin

Watervliet police say they stopped a car Thursday and found 190 bags of heroin inside.

Gamalier Rivera, 25, and Luis Fontanez-Anes, 24, both of Troy, now face drug charges.

Police say the drugs were hidden in a console and found by a K-9.

Both men were sent to the Albany County Jail.
