Gas prices rising in Capital Region

CAPITAL REGION -- The average price of gas in the Capital Region is now approaching $2.50 -- and it could go even higher this weekend.

The spike is blamed on Harvey shutting down oil refineries along the Texas and Louisiana coasts.
