Actress, singer, and theatrical producer Lynnie Godfrey discusses a dramatic reading of the play "Greenwood: An American Dream Destroyed" being performed at Russell Sage College. The play, by Houston-based playwright Celeste Bedford Walker, is based on racial violence in the Greenwood neighborhood of Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1921, that devastated what had been a socially and economically thriving black community.
