April 20, 2017 01:10 PM

A new lawsuit aims to collect damages on behalf of a Hoosick Falls business, saying the PFOA water contamination there harmed their bottom line.

The RM Bacon construction company brought the suit against Saint-Gobain and Honeywell, the companies implicated in the pollution.

RM Bacon says it has been in business over 30 years, but is now in danger of closing.

The law office pursuing the claim is the same one that has an ongoing class action lawsuit against Saint-Gobain and Honeywell for the village of Hoosick Falls.
