South Glens Falls man charged with animal abuse

Twenty-five dead animals are found at a home in Washington County and now a man is facing animal abuse charges.

Investigators say 38-year-old Jeffery Owens didn't provide proper care for 37 of his animals.

They tell NewsChannel 13 they found 10 turkeys, two alpacas, a goat and more animals among the dead.

Owens is also facing charges for allegedly trying to conceal five of the dead animals during the investigation.
