Jury selection continues for Schenectady code enforcement officer after deadly fire

Jury selection is underway in the trial of a Schenectady code enforcement officer charged in connection with a deadly fire.

Kenneth Tyree is accused of lying about conditions in the building.

Authorities say he inspected the building the day before the fire back in 2015.

Four people were killed, two buildings were destroyed and dozens of people were left homeless.

Tyree is charged with manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide.
