Troy man accused of driving drunk at 3x legal limit

A Troy man was arrested and charged with driving drunk. Police say his blood alcohol content was three times the legal limit.

Justin Luzinas, 27, was pulled over Sunday night. While troopers were talking to him, police say he showed signs of intoxication.
