State police say Tabak didn't have a license when police tried to pull him over. They say he led them on a chase, going 50 miles over the speed limit with a 5-year-old child in the back seat.

Taback was also arrested last August. Police say they followed a train of leaking liquid from a crash scene on Route 158 in Perth and it led them to Taback. At that point, his license had been suspended five times.
