Kelly Lynch anchors NewsChannel 13 Live at Noon and co-hosts “Chuck and Kelly” on NewsRadio 810 and 103.1 WGY from 5:30-9 a.m.

Kelly grew up in the Capital Region, graduating from Shenendehowa High School and Siena College.  She began her broadcast career in the production department at WNYT in 1995  and became a reporter and weekend anchor in 1998 until moving to the noon news and Forum 13 from 2004-2008.

In 2010 Kelly teamed up with Chuck Custer in the mornings at WGY, taking the reins from legendary radio personality Don Weeks.  She returned to NewsChannel 13 Live at Noon in 2014.

She is the recipient of several awards, including “Outstanding Media Personality of the Year” and a New York State Associated Press award for Best Newscast.  She has reported from every county in the Capital Region on everything from politics to entertainment and has also appeared on national segments on MSNBC, CNN and Huffington Post Live.

When she’s not juggling radio and television, she can usually be found running her daughter to swim practice and cheering on her son at Little League, football and basketball games.

Kelly lives in Colonie with her husband, WNYT Sports Director Rodger Wyland, and their two children.
