Sex offender accused of not reporting social media activity

FULTONVILLE - A Montgomery County sex offender is facing new charges.

Sheriff's investigators say 44-year-old Leo Curry of Fultonville opened a Facebook account under a fake name.

The charge is for failing to report that he opened an internet account.

Sex offenders are allowed to use social media, but they are supposed to report that activity within 10 days.
