Troy seeks redevelopment proposals for old Leonard Hospital site

Troy is taking steps to redevelop the former Leonard Hospital site.

The mayor's office says the 7.1 acre site will be made available for sale as a shovel-ready project following the anticipated demolition of the building in 2018.

Now, it's seeking proposals for the site's future.

The deadline to submit is January 31. After that, the city's Property Disposition Committee will review the proposals and select the developer.
