Hoosick Falls woman accused of stealing $120 in scratch-off lottery tickets

A Hoosick Falls woman is charged with stealing $120 in lottery tickets.

Police say 41-year-old Lisa Sbrega stole the scratch-off tickets from Giusseppe’s Restaurant in Pittstown.

A camera caught Sbrega trying to cash in a $50 prize on one of the flagged tickets reported stolen.

She was given an appearance ticket for Hoosick Town Court.
