Fundraising underway for Albany fire victims

Fundraising efforts are now underway to help the victims of the Madison Avenue fire in Albany.

The Monday night fire led to the demolition of three historic rowhouses. More than a dozen people were left homeless.

The city of Albany and the Lark Street Business District are coordinating the relief effort. You can donate at any SEFCU branch.

There will also be a benefit fundraiser this Saturday night, July 22, at the Savoy Taproom on Lark Street. Admission is $10.
