An Albany man has died just hours after being charged in the killing of another man earlier this year.
The Albany County Sheriff's Office tells NewsChannel 13 that 30-year-old Taron Robinson died from cancer late Tuesday night.
He was charged Wednesday with murder in the April killing of Christopher Hardy.
Hardy was the biological brother of Albany Mayor Kathy Sheehan's adopted son.
