Mayfield high schoolers to perform with Foreigner at SPAC

MAYFIELD - They weren't even born when rock band, Foreigner, was topping the charts with hit-after-hit. However, some kids from Fulton County have a rare opportunity to perform with the iconic band at SPAC on Tuesday night.

The high school students from Mayfield won a radio station contest. They jumped at the chance to sing the ballad, "I Want To Know What Love Is," on-stage with the band.

For seven of these 18 students, their first time at a SPAC concert will be performing at a SPAC concert. They even have special shirts to wear.

While they're not sure if they're going to get to meet the band, they can always say they performed alongside them.
